Ben Chernus

Vice President, RFA at RCLCO

Ben Chernus is a Vice President at RCLCO Fund Advisors, an affiliate business of RCLCO and a leading consultant to institutional advisors. Based in RFA’s Los Angeles office, Ben is responsible for asset management and acquisitions on behalf of institutional clients. As a portfolio manager, Ben drives asset and venture level performance by conducting annual asset reviews, reviewing and monitoring business plans, and providing market analysis. Ben is also engaged in identifying and underwriting new managers for institutional clients to execute on new or existing investment strategies.

Prior to joining RFA, Ben worked in real estate lending at Cantor Fitzgerald where he originated, underwrote, and structured CMBS, agency, and bridge loans across all real estate asset types for both stabilized and non-stabilized assets. Ben also worked for The Walt Disney Company where he evaluated potential acquisitions and managed leasing for various business units.

Ben received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, where he majored in Business Administration.
