Caroline Flax Ganz

Caroline Flax Ganz is a Senior Associate based in Washington, DC. With a focus in Real Estate Economics, Caroline works with clients to determine project feasibility and market opportunities. She has worked on a variety of assignments, primarily residential and mixed-use development projects. Her recent experience includes market feasibility studies and highest-and-best-use analyses for large infill sites.

Prior to joining RCLCO, Caroline was a Senior Associate at The Meridian Group based in Bethesda, Maryland, where she focused execution of development activities, including rezoning processes, construction, and highest-and-best use analyses for future development projects. Her primary project was The Boro, where she worked from construction start through stabilization on Phase 1, which consisted of 1.7 million square feet, including 550,000 square feet of office, 250,000 square feet of retail, and 677 residential units.

Caroline graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science with honors in Urban and Regional Studies and a minor in Real Estate. While at Cornell, Caroline was the Associate Editor of The Cornell Daily Sun and won the College of Architecture, Art and Planning Community Service Award.
