Debashis Chanda

Debashis Chanda is a Principal at RCLCO Fund Advisors and a portfolio manager on several real estate joint ventures for pension fund clients. He is responsible for evaluating new partnerships and managing the acquisition opportunities, business plan execution, ongoing management, and dispositions on existing ventures to drive performance within the real estate portfolio.

He has held leadership roles with Wells Fargo where he managed the real estate financing for a large private equity client. At GE Capital Real Estate, he led the execution efforts on debt, equity, and M&A transactions across North America, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Chanda has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems from the Questrom School of Management at Boston University.
