Ryan Guerdan, CFA, currently serves as Vice President at RCLCO Real Estate Consulting, where the focus is on providing strategic real estate solutions for clients. Previously, Ryan held various roles at Franklin Street, including Senior Associate and Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed financial modeling, market research, and underwriting multifamily properties across Florida. Ryan's experience also includes a position as an Intramural Site Supervisor at USF Campus Recreation and an internship at RMC Property Group, where due diligence and public records research were key tasks. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida.
