Robert McFarlin Cma, Macc

Robert McFarlin, CMA, MAcc has a diverse work experience history. Robert started their career at Bi-Lo LLC as a Co-Manager Center Store from May 2007 to June 2011. Robert then joined ScanSource as a Staff Accountant from June 2011 to May 2014, where they were responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts and preparing forecasts. Starting in May 2014, Robert joined RCM Industries, Inc. as an Accounting Manager, where they supervised Accounts Payable and Receivable functions and prepared financial statements for two plants. Robert was promoted to Plant Controller in January 2016, where they managed the monthly close process and analyzed balance sheet accounts. In January 2018, Robert became the Vice President Finance at RCM Industries, Inc., where they directed the Shared Services division and implemented Microsoft Power BI reporting. Currently, Robert holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at RCM Industries, Inc.

Robert McFarlin, CMA, MAcc completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting at the University of South Carolina Upstate from 2007 to 2011. From 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at Stetson University. Additionally, Robert McFarlin has obtained several certifications, including Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in March 2019. Robert also holds certifications in data analytics, visualization, financial modeling, QuickBooks Online, and various programming languages and tools.
