William Gargano

Bill Gargano has served as the Group Senior Vice President of the Life Sciences & IT Services Division since December 2020. Mr. Gargano served as Senior Vice President of the Life Sciences Practice from May 2018 to December 2020. Mr. Gargano has extensive international experience having lived and managed overseas operations in Asia, Europe, and South America.

Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Gargano served in various C Level and executive management positions at CGI, Collaborative Consulting, Taratec Development, and DMR. Mr. Gargano has over 30 years of management, operations, sales, and Life Sciences Regulatory experience.
