Graham Werner

Graham Werner is the Vice President of the Structured Finance Group at RCN Capital, a position held since April 2025. Previously, Graham served as an Associate in Mortgage Banking at Berkadia from May 2023 to April 2025 and as an Associate in Multifamily at CIVIC Financial Services between June 2021 and May 2023, where responsibilities included communication with potential capital funding sources and developing multifamily loan process improvements. Prior experience includes roles at Capstone International Partners as a Real Estate Development and Capital Markets Consultant, CoreVest Finance in dual capacities as Sales Development Representative and Capital Markets Associate, and at JLL as a Capital Markets Researcher. Additional experience includes a Development Analyst position at Artifex Development and various roles in real estate and financial analysis. Graham holds a degree in Real Estate Development from New York University.
