Stephen Ballard

Stephen Ballard has a strong background in business development, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at RCN Capital since July 2017, following roles as a Senior Business Development Coordinator and Business Development Coordinator within the same company. Prior to RCN Capital, Stephen was a Substitute Teacher at Kelly from October 2016 to July 2017. Stephen gained valuable experience working as an Ice Rink Student Employee for the University of Connecticut Division of Athletics from August 2012 to May 2016, committing 15-25 hours a week while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Finance at the University of Connecticut, which was completed in 2016.
