Antonia Cruz Olsson

Antonia Cruz Olsson's work experience includes a variety of roles in the IT field. Antonia is currently the IT Manager for RCO Group IT at RCO Security, where they oversee the daily operations, budget, and personnel of the IT department. Prior to this, they worked at Swedish Match as a Service Manager and later as the Head of Business Engagement CHQ, where they managed communication and demand interaction between the CHQ functions and Group IT. Antonia also participated in the Swedish Match Talent Development Program during their time there. Antonia has experience in IT advisory, risk management, and consulting from their time at KPMG. Additionally, they were the co-founder of Classful IT, an IT consulting company offering various services. Antonia also has prior experience as an IT Technician at Stockholms stad and PC Support Technician at Högskoleverket. Antonia also served as a member of the Senior Advisory Board at Föreningen Ekonomerna, where they provided strategic advice and coaching to the board.

Antonia Cruz Olsson began their education journey in 2006 at Thorildsplans gymnasium, where they studied Internet Technology and Programming until 2009. In 2010, they enrolled at Stockholm University and completed their Master of Science in Business and Economics in 2014. During their time at Stockholm University, they focused on furthering their knowledge and skills in the field of Business and Economics. In 2013, Antonia had a brief stint at The Australian National University, where they explored Management, Business Information Systems, Philosophy, and English. Additionally, they obtained an ITIL certification in March 2015.
