Bill Anderson

Bill Anderson began their work experience in 2010 as a Quality Intern at TI Automotive. Bill then joined RCO Engineering in 2013, where they held various roles. From November 2013 to January 2016, they worked as a Program Manager, overseeing and managing up to 15 programs at a time. Bill ensured the programs followed the scope of work and communicated customer expectations to their internal team. From January 2016 to August 2017, they served as a Performance Seating Manager, overseeing a team of designers and fabricators in a research and development environment. Bill was solely responsible for several multi-million dollar programs. Lastly, starting in August 2017, they returned to the role of Program Manager at RCO Engineering.

Bill Anderson attended Central Michigan University from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
