Nora Dowd is an experienced finance and real estate professional with a strong background in multifamily development and investment management. Currently serving as the Director of Investments at RCP Companies since January 2023, Nora previously held the position of Managing Director at Spring Bay Property Company LLC from September 2017 to October 2022. Earlier career experience includes a consultant role at Amalgamated Bank focusing on commercial real estate loan restructures and foreclosures, and a significant tenure as Managing Director at AIG Global Real Estate Investment Group from March 1997 to May 2009, where management of residential and retail investments was a key responsibility. Nora holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Marist College.
