RCP Venture Capital is Cambridge, Massachusetts-based emerging venture capital firm funding seeking to serve as a strategic partner beyond the deployment of capital. RCP Venture Capital prefers to provide smaller incremental funding to help portfolio companies achieve near-term clinical or commercial goals serving to bridge the gap between large private market funding and early phase company risk to harness opportunity that might otherwise not be realized. The firm collaborates closely with larger venture capital and private equity partners to provide advisory opportunities and enable the potential for follow-on financing.

Serving as a resource to RCP Venture Capital and operating as a separate entity, the sister organization Rapid Commercialization Partners, Inc. (RCP), provides consulting and services to optimize commercialization for clinical-stage biotechnology companies. While independent, the two organizations maintain a synergistic relationship, offering portfolio companies the opportunity to work with RCP for guidance.
