Craig Watson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the NSW Maintenance Manager at RCPA since November 2021, Craig previously held the position of Engineering Manager at TrendPac from June 2015 to November 2021, where responsibilities included project management and technical support for consumer packaging solutions. Craig’s earlier roles include Technical Manager at Jalco Group and Operations Manager at both TrendPac and Alanda Plastics, overseeing substantial manufacturing operations, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and managing production planning across multiple facilities. Craig holds a Master of Engineering degree from Southern Cross University, attained between September 2021 and July 2023.
