Rachael Conti

Rachael Conti has over nine years of work experience in various roles and companies. Rachael is currently working as an Associate Creative Director at Rogers & Cowan PMK since September 2016. In addition, they are the Director of Programming at AIGA Connecticut since July 2020.

Prior to these positions, Rachael worked as a Jr Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist at ChalkTalkSPORTS from October 2015 to September 2016. Rachael was responsible for designing new products and digital marketing content, managing the brand's digital marketing, and overseeing the softball category on the website.

Rachael also had freelance experience as a Graphic Designer at Ingenuity Design from May 2015 to October 2015. Rachael worked on various design projects including interactive design, information design, advertising, packaging, and image sourcing.

Additionally, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Kichler Lighting from May 2014 to May 2015, where they gained experience in the field of graphic design. Rachael also interned as a Graphic Design Intern at WORX Branding from August 2014 to January 2015.

Rachael's earlier work experience includes being a Graphic Designer at Uconn Design Center from August 2014 to May 2015, where they gained experience in web design, corporate branding and identity, campaign design, t-shirt design, and print. Rachael also worked as a Student Supervisor at University of Connecticut - Dining Services from April 2012 to May 2014.

Furthermore, Rachael had an internship/shadowing experience at New York Life Insurance Company from December 2013 to January 2014. There, they shadowed the in-house graphic designer and learned about corporate branding and image sourcing.

Prior to their professional career, Rachael worked as a Waitress/Cook at Frankie's Hotdogs from March 2011 to August 2013.

Rachael Conti received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they briefly attended the University of the Arts London to further their expertise in Communication Design.
