Ray Ferns

Ray Ferns has over thirty years of experience working/consulting in the Criminal Justice field. Ray has held various leadership roles, including CEO at RCS and Restorative Correctional Services. At Restorative Correctional Services, they conceptualized and directed complex projects from concept to fully operational status. Ray also served as Project Director for Cognitive/Behavioral Programs and Director of Community Corrections at the Oregon Department of Corrections.

Ray Ferns received their M.S. degree in Corrections from the University of Oregon between the years 1983 and 1985.
