Mihai Ioan Celacu

Mihai Ioan Celacu has extensive experience in the broadcasting and media industry, currently serving as the Head of Local TV Stations Network at RCS&RDS since November 2011. Prior roles include Technical Manager at Publika TV, where Mihai led a team of technicians and coordinated technical development plans, and CDC Technician at SNTVR, responsible for monitoring A/V signals across channels. Mihai also held positions such as CAR Manager at GMG Media Production, Head of Shift and Studios at ABC Media - National TV, System Engineer at DTH Television Grup, and Head of Studio at News Romania - B1TV. Additional experience includes being the Head of Broadcast Department at Romsat abc - Tele7 abc and Broadcast and Production Engineer at Romsat Tele7 abc. Mihai began his career as a Scientific Researcher at Metav SA and holds an engineering degree in Science and Technology of Materials from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
