Brett White

Brett White has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Brett started their career as a Radiographer at SKG Radiology in 1995 and later transitioned into the finance sector. Brett worked as a Financial Accountant at Canningvale Australia Ltd from 2000 to 2003 and as a European Finance Manager at Fremantle UK from 2003 to 2004. Brett then joined Hess Corporation as a Business Analyst from 2004 to 2005 and subsequently worked as a Group Accountant at Emeco Group from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they took up the role of Financial Controller at Perth Airport and simultaneously worked as the CFO at Diverse Group Australia until 2012. Their most recent role was with RCT, where they served as the Finance Director from 2012 to 2014 and later as the Executive Director & CEO from July 2014 onwards.

Brett White completed their education at Curtin University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Medical Imaging Science in the years 1992 to 1995. Brett then pursued a Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree in Accounting from 1997 to 1999 at the same institution. Later, in 2011 to 2013, Brett obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce (PGradDipComm) in Commercial Law from Curtin University as well.

Brett also pursued various certifications to further their professional qualifications. Brett completed the Certified Practising Accountant Program (CPA) from CPA Australia and obtained the Chartered Accountant designation from the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Brett also completed the Company Directors Course - Graduate (GAICD) course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and obtained the Certificate in Governance Practice (GIA (Affiliated)) from the Governance Institute of Australia. Additionally, Brett has undertaken executive leadership and FinTech courses at INSEAD, although the specific degrees obtained are not mentioned.
