David A. Trout

David A. Trout has extensive experience in the intelligence field, particularly with the National Intelligence level Agencies in Maryland and Virginia. David A. worked as the EVP of Intelligence Programs at Advanced Concepts Inc from December 1997 to March 2011, where they were responsible for business development, program capture, and program management. During their time there, they successfully captured over $200 million in revenues from the National Intelligence Community. In February 2011, Trout joined RCT Systems as the Sr VP & GM of the Mission Systems Division.

David A. Trout earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. David A. attended the university from 1962 to 1966. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued further education at American University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The field of study for their MBA was focused on Marketing and Finance, although the specific start and end years for this degree are unknown.
