David Roberts, CISSP-ISSAP

David Roberts, CISSP-ISSAP, has a strong background in systems engineering and management. David started their career as an Engineering Manager at Raytheon E-Systems in 1986 and stayed with the company until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Manager at KPMG and then transitioned to the role of Manager at Imagine Broadband from 2001 to 2002. Following that, they worked at Lockheed Martin, initially as a Systems Engineer Senior Staff from 2002 to 2007, and then as a Systems Engineer Principal from 2007 to 2010.

In 2010, David joined The SI Organization, Inc. as a Systems Engineer Principal and worked there until 2014 when they moved to Vencore Inc. In Vencore, they served as a Systems Engineer Principal and provided subject matter expertise and guidance to the customer until their retirement from full-time work in 2017. David continued supporting special consulting part-time with Kira Information Solutions from 2017 onward. Most recently, in 2020, they joined RCT Systems as a System Engineer.

David Roberts, CISSP-ISSAP, holds a Master of Science in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University, which they obtained in 1997. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Digital Hardware from The Ohio State University in 1981. In addition to their academic achievements, David also holds the CISSP-ISSAP certification, which they obtained from ISC2 in November 2009.
