Izell Reese

Izell Reese has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the CEO of RCX since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the President & GM of RCX from March 2019 to June 2021. In 2019, they also joined NFL FLAG as the Executive Director, a role they currently hold.

Reese has had previous roles such as GM at Rivals Camp & Combine Series, starting in 2016. In 2017, they became a Jr. NBA Consultant, overseeing and managing U.S. qualifying tournaments for the Jr. NBA.

Before that, Reese worked at NCSA Next College Student Athlete as the EVP of Youth Sports Events & Business Development from January 2007 to March 2019. Izell was also a Co-Founder of RisingSeniors.com & the Rising Seniors Foundation from March 2010 to March 2015.

As for their involvement in the sports industry, Reese served as the VP of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Football League Players Association from 2009 to 2012. Prior to their administrative roles, Reese was a professional football player in the National Football League from 1998 to 2005.
