Omar Naqvi

Omar Naqvi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the engineering field. Omar started their career at Altanova in 2011 as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing high-performance load boards, evaluation boards, and probe cards. Omar also conducted schematic preparation and layout design for high-frequency, controlled impedance multi-layer PCBs, using various tools. Additionally, they created footprints for SMT and through-hole components, including discrete components, ICs, and BGA sockets.

In 2012, Omar joined R&D Altanova, where they have held several positions. Omar began as a Senior QA Engineer, responsible for ensuring quality assurance in product development. Omar was later promoted to Assistant QA Manager and then Quality Assurance Manager, where they oversaw the implementation of quality assurance processes and managed a team. Most recently, they hold the role of Senior Process Engineer, where they continue to contribute their expertise in process improvement and optimization.
