Dmitry Sofyna

Dmitry Sofyna is a seasoned professional in the field of Artificial Intelligence and innovation, currently serving as the CEO of R&D Center WINSTARS.AI since June 2016, and a member of the Committee for the Development of Artificial Intelligence under the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine since December 2023. With experience as a Solutions Expert for the Ukrainian Startup Fund and a Technology Expert at CheckEye, Dmitry contributes to the evaluation and implementation of AI solutions. Additionally, as the founder of UME.place, Dmitry fosters an ecosystem for innovation in Ukraine and holds leadership positions as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and CEO at IT-VN Association. Previous roles include CEO at Addeesoft LLC and Partnerships Manager at multiple banks. Dmitry's educational background includes degrees from Ternopil Academy of National Economy and Vinnytsia National Technical University.
