Thorben Jacobsen

Thorben Jacobsen is a highly experienced product owner and robust design expert currently employed at Rd8 tech and RD8, respectively. With over a decade of specialization in design engineering, Thorben has held significant roles at Valcon as a subject matter expert and Black Belt Six Sigma® consultant and at 3D Tech Development as a senior design engineer. Previous positions include engineering and project management at notable companies such as Dako and the Royal Danish Teater, as well as consultancy work at Kanteg. Thorben's early career began as an apprentice machinist at DSB. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Plastics from DTU. Thorben's expertise encompasses product development, design for manufacture, and project management, underpinned by extensive technical skills in various design software.
