Rachael Lock

Rachael Lock is an experienced service manager currently at RDC since August 2021, with a progression from senior customer experience representative to customer experience representative. Prior to RDC, Rachael worked at On Air Dining from May 2019 to August 2021 as a senior inflight concierge and inflight culinary concierge, demonstrating strong adaptability to new systems and effective communication skills. Additionally, Rachael served as a cover teacher and teaching assistant at North Primary School, Southall from September 2017 to July 2018. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Dance from Bath Spa University, completed in July 2017.
