Carina Mills

Carina Mills, AIA has a background in architecture, with experience at various companies such as RDC, studio one eleven, SmithGroup, c|a ARCHITECTS, HDR, and Carlile Coatsworth Architects. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management and Senior Associate at RDC and studio one eleven, Carina's journey in the field began with an internship at Carlile Coatsworth Architects before climbing the ranks to their current leadership roles. Carina holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
