Chaitali Gurale is an emerging professional in human resources with a strong foundation in HR recruitment and operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Trainee at RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd since May 2024, Chaitali has gained valuable experience through prior internships at The QWERTY Ink, UltraTech Cement, and DATAMARK, Inc., where responsibilities included sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support. Chaitali holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Vivekanand Education Society Institute Of Management Studies and Research, with an expected completion in 2024.
