Dr. Ks Bhoon

Dr. KS Bhoon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Dr. KS began their career in the Indian Army as a Brigadier, where they acquired valuable skills and leadership qualities. After leaving the army in 2002, they joined Ashok Leyland as a Director, where they trained and developed numerous young professionals who would go on to become leaders in their respective fields. In 2008, they joined ACC Concrete Limited as the Head of Training and Development. Dr. KS then moved on to ACC Limited, where they held various roles, including Chief People Officer and Head of Organisational Performance Excellence. During their tenure at ACC Limited, they played a crucial role in improving the company's profitability and redefining excellence in the concrete business. In 2016, they joined RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd as the Head of Human Resources and Business Excellence, where they successfully contributed to the company's significant rise in profitability. Throughout their career, Dr. KS Bhoon has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive growth and achieve outstanding results.

Dr. KS Bhoon pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 1990 to 1991. Later, from 1998 to 2005, they completed their Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management at the same institution.
