Japjit Singh has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Japjit currently holds the position of Business Head - North at RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as Head B2B - Punjab at Ambuja Cements Ltd (A Holcim Group Company) from September 2019 to December 2021. Japjit also served as a Business Manager at RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd from December 2016 to August 2019. Before that, Japjit was associated with ACC Limited, where they held various roles including Territory Sales Manager, Plant Incharge, Assistant Manager - Sales, and Graduate Engineering Trainee between December 2010 and December 2016.

Japjit Singh completed their high school education at Sacred Heart Senior Secondary School in Ludhiana from 1992 to 2006. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College also in Ludhiana, attending from 2006 to 2010. Japjit then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations at Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Japjit Singh received a certification in Business Management from IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management. More recently, they completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow between 2023 and 2025.
