Paul Danner

Paul Danner serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pepex Biomedical, Inc. since 2019, focusing on the commercialization of electrochemical biosensors. In addition, Paul Danner holds multiple leadership roles including Chief Financial & Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary at Authvia, Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Sharps Technology, Inc., and Chairman of the Board at CB Scientific, Inc. Paul Danner has extensive experience on various boards, such as RDE, Inc. and Destiny Partners Worldwide, and previously served as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Alliance MMA, Inc. Paul Danner's career in the United States Navy culminated in the rank of Captain, having served as a Naval Aviator and Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer. Academically, Paul Danner earned an MBA from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Colorado State University, and has furthered education at prominent military and defense institutions.
