Cory Raggi

Cory Raggi, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at RDG+Partners since May 2021. Prior to this role, Cory held various positions at Paychex. From April 2019 to May 2021, they were the Manager, HR Business Partner for Corporate and Client Service Functions, overseeing strategic talent goals, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and talent acquisition. From November 2016 to April 2019, they served as the Interim Director, Manager of Leadership & Organizational Development, where they managed a team responsible for leadership development, talent assessment, coaching, and career development. During their tenure, Cory increased team engagement and implemented a social learning tool for ongoing leadership development. From July 2014 to October 2016, they were the CPA & Bank Relationship Management, District Sales Manager, Virtual Sales, responsible for building referral relationships with business advisers in remote markets. Cory also held positions as a Sales Strategy Manager, Leadership & Management Developer, and Sales Trainer at Paychex. Additionally, they worked as an Instructor Manager at Homeland Security Corporation from 2002 to 2003.

Cory Raggi, SHRM-SCP obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the State University of New York at Fredonia. In addition, Cory holds certifications in HR Management and Analytics from The Wharton School, Strategic Organizational Leadership from Villanova University, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, Situational Leadership II as a Certified Instructor from The Ken Blanchard Companies, and Crucial Conversations as a Certified Instructor from Vital Works.
