Sue Reschke

Sue Reschke has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving on the Consulting/Accounting Team at RDG+Partners since May 2023 and as an Independent Consultant with The Allied Advisors Group since January 2020. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at the Louis S. Wolk JCC of Greater Rochester from April 2019 to January 2020, Fiscal Partner Professional at YMCA of the USA from September 2015 to December 2018, and Senior Vice President of Finance/CFO at YMCA of Greater Rochester for nearly two decades. Earlier career positions include Division Controller at Danaher from 1990 to 1996 and Auditor at Freed Maxick CPAs, P.C. from 1987 to 1990. Sue Reschke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Niagara University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
