Gladys oversees our Business Applications Group and manages the implementation of enterprise application initiatives. She also provides guidance to our leadership team in the areas of software transitions and implementation, cybersecurity, and identifying technology advancements to support RDH’s project delivery.
As part of her role, Gladys heads our IT department. She actively listens to concerns to develop practical solutions to support efficiency and productivity. Gladys’ 20 years of experience working in a variety of IT-related roles is an asset to RDH’s future growth plan. She embraces her position as a member of the Microsoft Canada Small and Medium Business Customer Council to monitor trends and to make informed business decisions.
