Herm Ilag

Herm Ilag has an extensive background in human resources and operations, with experience working for companies such as Junior Achievement DuPage County, Panera Bread, and Dominick's Finer Foods. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations, HR, and Safety at The RDI Group, Herm also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Junior Achievement DuPage County. In addition, Herm has previously worked as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University and as a Regional Human Resources Manager of Supply Chain at Panera Bread. With an MBA and Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, Herm's education background includes studies at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, University of Illinois Chicago, and LANE TECHNICAL HS.
