Joseph Gajc has a background in engineering and sales, working in various roles within The RDI Group since the 1990s. Joseph has experience in developing strategies for market growth, managing brands, product positioning, and executing new product launches. Joseph has also worked on specialized elevator drive systems and safety-braking mechanisms while at Matot. Currently, Joseph serves as the Global Sales Director for Reichel & Drews within The RDI Group, providing production solutions to the global roofing industry.
