Caroline Vance

As the executive assistant for RDI, Caroline uses her strengths in attention to detail and organization to help make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. While completing her higher education, Caroline was the program assistant and case manager for a Criminal Court program. She has a background in administrative roles for the Chattanooga Housing Authority, Tennessee Department of Transportation, and Civil Engineering.

She was drawn to RDI because of the multiple industries they are involved with, and she loves the fast-growing pace.

Caroline holds a bachelor's and Master of Sciences in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
