As the Regional Manager for Mid-Atlantic and New England, Frank works with customers to demonstrate the benefits and value of using RDI products and services in condition monitoring, maintenance and reliability, product testing, and test & measurement applications. Frank’s passion for innovative technologies and solving complex business problems made him realize how valuable RDI’s camera-based technology and analytical software would be for customers. He was also excited to be part of a working culture with an entrepreneurial spirit that is focused on customer success.

Prior to working at RDI, he worked for publicly traded companies, CSI, Emerson, and SKF USA Inc., in various global marketing and sales leadership roles. Frank has broad industry knowledge in Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Mission Critical, and OEM industries. With over 25 years of experience and hands-on working knowledge of advanced business software, digital integration, and instrumentation used in the industry to improve performance and profitability. Frank’s experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry includes global account management and sales to Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney, NAVAIR, and Raytheon. Additionally, entrepreneurial experience includes advisory roles and investor participation in a successful web-based startup.

Technology certifications include Infrared Thermal Imaging, Motion Amplification®, Vibration Analysis, and trained in various aerospace and industrial technologies.

Frank holds a Bachelor of General Studies with a focus in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Connecticut (UCONN).
