Joel Mayo

As a Senior Training Manager, Joel ensures that every customer receives the best training experience possible along with great customer service to support their needs for being successful. He has 14+ years of experience as a Service Manager at Graphic Packing who led teams of service engineers responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs. Joel also has a background in the welding and diesel mechanic industries. Prior to joining RDI, Joel was a vibration and software instructor at Emerson.

He wanted to be a part of a company that utilizes cutting-edge technology while prioritizing its customer.

Joel graduated from the Lanier Technical Institute in Industrial Maintenance and Electronic Technology. He is certified as a PMMI Instructor, an ASE-certified Diesel Mechanic, and A+ Computer Repair. In addition, he also has numerous PLC certificates from various entities, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Omron.
