Tim Favella

Tim Favella is a seasoned program manager with diverse experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Program Manager at RDI Corporation since September 2020, Tim coordinates client-specific projects, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to program goals. Prior to this role, Tim was the President of Quality Home Inspections of NV, overseeing residential property inspections for compliance and safety. Tim also held the position of Director of Business Operations at Battle Born Jiu Jitsu, LLC, where a focus on daily operations and financial analysis led to membership growth. Additionally, Tim served as Director of Compliance at White Knight Financial, LLC, concentrating on specialty loan products in a call center setting. Early career experience includes a significant role as General Manager at Cricket Wireless and Cash Plus, managing a substantial retail staff and driving productivity improvements. Tim completed education at the College of Southern Nevada from 2004 to 2007.
