Nick’s experience in the construction industry started in 2003 working as a superintendent, but over time found his calling in preconstruction and estimating. He excels in the ability to evaluate project scopes, evaluate subcontractor qualifications and quotes, research market conditions to get a quality quote for clients. His estimating experience extends over 10 years, contracting over $1 Billion in various market sectors including Commercial, Self-Storage, Multi-family, Hospitality, Assisted Senior Living, Military/Government, and Public Works projects including K-12 and Higher Education.
