John Gayda

John Gayda is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in financial leadership and transformation within major corporations. Currently serving as a Consultant at RDS Engineering since April 2021, John supports WK Kellogg in project leadership and financial guidance during its separation from Kellanova. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Ernst & Young and Kellogg Company, where significant achievements included leading financial transformation initiatives, overseeing large financial service teams, and managing the integration of financial systems during acquisitions. With a strong foundation in accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from Western Michigan University, John is also a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
