Michael Ferguson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and IT project management. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at RDSolutions since May 2025, Michael previously held the position of Sr Portfolio Manager at the United Network for Organ Sharing from July 2016 to May 2025, alongside a role as Manager of IT Project Management. Michael's career began at Newport News Shipbuilding, a Division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, where responsibilities included IT Capability Development Manager, Manager of Software Development, and Software Developer from July 2004 to July 2016. Michael holds an MBA from William & Mary and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Christopher Newport University.
