Karin Disselen is a strategic thinker with a strong focus on innovation in societal issues, currently serving as the Director of HRM at RDW since 2016. Previously, Karin held leadership positions at various organizations, including the Ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid, where they were instrumental in establishing the Rijksschoonmaak Organisatie, and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, where Karin managed significant organizational changes. Karin also directed management development at the Algemene Bestuursdienst and possesses a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University. Currently, Karin is enhancing their expertise through an incompany leadership program at Nyenrode Business University.
