Mike Dwyer

Mike Dwyer is a seasoned talent acquisition leader and consultant with extensive experience across various sectors, including technology and gaming. Currently, Mike is the Founder of CruiterWorks, providing strategic solutions for fast-growing organizations, and a Founding Member of Fractional People People, a community for HR leaders focusing on fractional work. Previously, Mike held key positions such as Global VP Talent Acquisition at Mythical Games, and Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Feedzai and Cheetah Digital, where talent strategies were developed to support rapid growth. Earlier roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Cars.com and NowSecure, as well as co-founding QUEsocial, a SaaS-based platform for enhancing recruitment and sales through social media engagement. Mike holds a BA in English from the University of Iowa.
