Serena Chou

Serena Chou is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate and language interpretation. As a Realtor at RE Florida Homes since July 2021 and previously at Habitare International, Serena has developed a strong expertise in the real estate market. In addition, Serena has been a Freelance Interpreter at SOS International LLC since December 2019, and has provided interpretation services as an Independent Contractor since July 1995. Certified by the Department of Justice for Immigration Court, Serena specializes in Mandarin and Cantonese languages. Past roles include providing telephonic and on-site interpretation for Language Services Associates and Lionbridge, as well as serving as a Business Enterprise Program Agent at the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry. Serena also held a position as a Licensing Representative for Adult Residential Licensing, overseeing the regulatory administration of personal care homes. Education includes studies in Behavioral Sciences at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
