Revital Nadiv Zivan has a strong background in strategy and business development, with a focus on innovation and technology. Revital Nadiv Zivan is currently a Co-Founder of Re-Fresh Global, a company that utilizes groundbreaking technology to transform textile waste into new raw materials, aiming to disrupt the linear textile industry. Prior to this, Revital worked as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Re-Vision, where they helped businesses adopt innovation, develop new products, improve performance, and form high performing teams. Additionally, they were the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Fablab Israel, where they focused on teaching, utilizing, and creating collaborations around 3D printing. Revital also co-founded OLIVE, and was involved in the company from 2003 to 2008.

Revital Nadiv Zivan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from The College of Management Academic Studies.
