Tom Everton

Tom Everton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tom started their career at Westpac Institutional Bank as a Senior Associate, where they focused on growing revenue from Financial Markets products. Tom then moved to ASB Bank, initially working as a Commercial Account Manager and later as a Commercial Relationship Manager, providing market-leading service to Commercial Business customers. Tom also worked part-time at Trade Me Property as a Contract Business Analyst, where they contributed to system and process improvements within the Property team. In 2018, Tom pursued further education and joined Victoria University of Wellington as a Postgraduate Student, undertaking the Master of Professional Business Analysis program. During this time, they worked on various Business Analysis and technology projects, applying agile principles and practices. Following their studies, Tom worked as a Product Manager at RIP Global, where they managed product development. Tom then joined Arlo Training Management Software as a Product Owner, responsible for product ownership. Currently, they are employed at Re-Leased as a Senior Product Manager, leading product management efforts.

Tom Everton began their education at Wellington College from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree that is unspecified. Tom then went on to attend Victoria University of Wellington from 2005 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration (BCA) with a focus on Economics and Money & Finance. In 2018 to 2019, Tom pursued further education at Victoria University of Wellington, completing a Master of Professional Business Analysis. Additionally, in December 2020, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org.
