Alex Gikher

Alex Gikher has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Alex is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of RE Partners, where they focus on creating opportunities for organizations to experience the real value of technology and business consulting. Alex also collaborates with clients on corporate strategy, organizational culture, project risks, and business outcomes. Their role involves enabling and guiding teams to achieve growth, successes, and KPIs.

Prior to this, Alex worked as the Vice President of Business Development and Sales Strategy - North America at TerraLink Global for a year. Here, they were responsible for driving business growth and revenue targets in North America.

Before their tenure at TerraLink Global, Alex served as the Sr. Director, Re-Imagine Digital Enterprise at EPAM Systems. In this strategic role, they provided thought leadership, managed P&L, and drove business growth through effective business development and client success.

Prior to joining EPAM Systems, they worked at SAP for over nine years, serving as a Strategic Services Engagement Manager. Their responsibilities included creating effective territory plans, developing relationships with customers, and identifying key accounts for future sales growth. Alex developed a strategic approach to maintaining a four-quarter pipeline and was responsible for managing some of the company's key customer accounts.

Alex also has experience at WSG Systems Inc., where they served as an Account Executive/Account Manager/Quality Assurance Lead. Alex led enterprise software implementations for companies across various regions and managed projects and project teams.

Their career started at WSG Systems Corp as a Consultant, where they gained initial experience in the industry.

Alex Gikher obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Baruch College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at Pace University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2007.
