Julia Hamm's work experience includes serving as a Board Member and Compensation Committee member at Puget Sound Energy, where they oversee the provision of electricity and natural gas to customers in the Puget Sound region. Julia is also a Board member and Compensation Committee Chair at Voltera, a company that builds and operates EV charging and hydrogen fueling facilities. Additionally, they are an Advisor at The Ad Hoc Group, Inc., EQT Group, and C3E Women in Clean Energy. Julia is the Founder, Board Member, and former Board Chair of RE+ Events, a trade show business focused on renewable energy. Julia also held the role of President & CEO at Smart Electric Power Alliance, leading the organization's growth and expansion into fee-based research and advisory services. Prior to that, they were a Senior Associate at ICF International, where they provided advice to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and ENERGY STAR qualified product manufacturers. Julia's work experience also includes serving on the Advisory Board of E Source and the Transformation Advisory Council for Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA), where they helped guide the island's redevelopment after Hurricane Maria.

From 1994 to 1998, Julia Hamm attended Cornell University, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing.
