Lilya Fenjiro

Lilya Fenjiro has a diverse work experience. Lilya started their career in 2019 as an Office Assistant at EKOAM SYSTEMS, INC. In 2020, they worked as a Dining Hall Employee at Hokie Grill at Virginia Tech, followed by a role as a Cashier/Barista at Lot 38 Espresso Bar. In 2021, Lilya became an Opinions Columnist at Collegiate Times. Lilya then worked as a Sports Coach at Fairfax County Public Schools from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Coordinator at RE+ Events starting from March 2023.

Lilya Fenjiro began their education in 2018 at The University of Alabama, where they pursued a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. Lilya attended this institution for one year before transferring to Virginia Tech in 2019. At Virginia Tech, Lilya completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Journalism, which they obtained in 2022.
