Previously, Deb was the Principal and Co-Founder of JDM Associates, LLC until its dissolution in 2017. With a background in environmental science, Deb has extensive experience in energy efficiency, building operations, and data analytics. Deb has worked with prominent clients such as TIAA, Prudential, and Blackstone, as well as national voluntary programs like ENERGY STAR and Better Buildings Initiative.
